Instructions
1. Cook the spinach in a saucepan.
2. In a dish, mix together the flour, nutmeg, and cream. Add the beaten eggs, bacon, and gruyère cheese. Then add the cooked spinach.
3. Butter and flour a baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish, add the goat cheese and sliced tomatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes. Serve with a salad.
