Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the spinach in a saucepan.
  • 2.   In a dish, mix together the flour, nutmeg, and cream. Add the beaten eggs, bacon, and gruyère cheese. Then add the cooked spinach.
  • 3.   Butter and flour a baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish, add the goat cheese and sliced tomatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes. Serve with a salad.

  • 4 medium egg
  • 20 cl of semi-thick cream
  • 150 g of goat cheese
  • 100 g of bacon cube
  • 200 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1 large beefsteak tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 5 tablespoon of flour
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
