SAUTEED BEEF WITH SOY SAUCE

Instructions

  • 1.   DRAIN AND RINSE THE BEAN SPROUTS
  • 2.   SLICE THE MEAT INTO STRIPS
  • 3.   SLICE THE BELL PEPPER + BOK CHOY + SHALLOTS INTO STRIPS
  • 4.   SAUTÉ THE SHALLOTS IN A HOT WOK
  • 5.   ADD THE MEAT AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES
  • 6.   COOK THE RICE IN A SEPARATE POT
  • 7.   ADD BELL PEPPER + BOK CHOY + BEAN SPROUTS + SOY SAUCE + NUOC NAM SAUCE AND SAUTÉ FOR 5-10 MINUTES
  • 8.   SERVE SPRINKLED WITH CHIVES

Ingredients for servings

  • 2 bok choys
  • 3 shallots
  • 400 g of flank steak
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 6 sprig of fresh chives
  • 1 cup of soybean sprout
  • 3 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 180 g of rice
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
