Cucumber, Crab, and Light Mayonnaise Couscous Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the couscous according to the package instructions.
  • 2.   Let the couscous cool in a salad bowl.
  • 3.   Peel and chop the garlic.
  • 4.   Clean and cut the cucumber into pieces.
  • 5.   Crumble the crab meat.
  • 6.   Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a container.
  • 7.   Add the cooked couscous, cucumber, chopped garlic, and crab meat, then mix well.
  • 8.   Serve on plates and top with spoonfuls of mayonnaise.
  • 9.   Enjoy immediately.
