Instructions

. Preheat the oven if necessary to 210 °C (410 °F).

. Remove the skin from the chicken thighs if necessary.

. Mix the breadcrumbs and dehydrated onion soup. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

. Brush the chicken thighs with oil and dip them in the breadcrumb/onion soup mixture.

. Arrange them in an oven-safe or microwave-safe dish.

. Pour water around the chicken thighs and cook for 15-20 minutes in the microwave or 30-40 minutes in the oven.
