Chicken, Shrimp, and Pineapple Skewers

Instructions

  • 1.   On skewers, alternate a piece of chicken, a shrimp, and a piece of pineapple.
  • 2.   Once all the skewers are assembled, brush them with teriyaki sauce and lemon.
  • 3.   Refrigerate for half an hour.
  • 4.   Cook the skewers in a pan with a little sesame oil or on the barbecue.
  • 5.   For the sauce:
  • 6.   Mix mustard, honey, and cream and heat in a small saucepan until the sauce is well combined.

  • 1 teriyaki sauce
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoon of light cream
