Instructions

  • 1.   Bake the bread in the oven on each side.
  • 2.   Sauté the sliced onion and bell pepper in olive oil.
  • 3.   Also sauté the ground beef on both sides (season with salt and pepper).
  • 4.   Place in the sliced bagel: mozzarella (or another cheese), lettuce, sliced tomato, green olives, onion, bell pepper, and thinly sliced avocado.
  • 5.   Add hamburger sauce inside. Bake for 5 minutes at 190°C (375°F).

  • ½ onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 bunch of pitted green olive
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 bagel
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
