Veal rolls with beer

Instructions

  • 1.   In a large pot, brown the veal rolls in butter.
  • 2.   Add the bacon and minced onion, and let them cook for 3 to 4 minutes with the veal rolls.
  • 3.   Sprinkle with flour and mix well.
  • 4.   Pour in the beer.
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper, and add the bouquet garni.
  • 6.   Let simmer for 40 minutes over low heat.
  • 7.   Once cooked, mix the fresh cream into the cooking juices.
  • 8.   You can serve.
