Instructions

  • 1.   Brown the pork. Add the dried fruit, eggs, honey and spices.
  • 2.   To make the dough: dilute the saffron in water. Add the butter to the flour, then the egg and the water. Spread in two discs.
  • 3.   Garnish the bottom of the pie and cover with the second disc. Cook 45 minutes at 190 ° C.
