Instructions
1. In advance, marinate the red mullet fillets for 1 hour in a glass baking dish with honey, soy sauce, salt (lightly), and pepper.
2. Peel and rinse the potatoes, cut them into quarters, place them in a glass baking dish with 1 tablespoon of water, and cook for 4 minutes in the microwave at 900 W. Set aside covered. Once this time has elapsed, cook the fish fillets in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800 W.
