Pork skewers, rice, and vegetable curry fondue

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the bell pepper and the meat into four equal parts, then each part of meat into 5 to 6 pieces. Roll them in one and a half tablespoons of curry powder, season with salt and pepper, thread onto wooden skewers, alternating pieces of meat and bell pepper.
  • 2.   In a pan lined with parchment paper, arrange the skewers. Add the sliced onions and cook covered over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning the skewers on each side. Remove the skewers and set aside. Add the sliced tomatoes to the pan, along with the garlic powder, the remaining half tablespoon of curry powder, season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking covered for 6 minutes.
  • 3.   Deglaze with the heavy cream, mix well, place the skewers on top, cover, and cook for 4 minutes over low heat.
  • 4.   Pack 100 grams of cooked rice per person into each of the 4 ramekins. Serve the plates with rice, a skewer, and pour the vegetable fondue over it.

  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 400 g of pork tenderloin
  • 6 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 3 onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 9 tablespoon of light cream 4-5%
  • 400 g of basmati rice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
