Salmon and Broccoli Baked in Foil

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the salmon fillet on a sheet of aluminum foil and season it.
    Drizzle with a little olive oil and place a few lemon slices on top.
  • 2.   Fold the foil to make a packet.
  • 3.   Cut the broccoli into florets and place them in a baking dish.
  • 4.   Add olive oil, minced garlic, and season the broccoli. Mix well.
  • 5.   Make room for the foil packet and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
  • 6.   Flip the broccoli halfway through cooking.

  • 1 broccoli
  • ½ lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of dried dill
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
