Salmon and Broccoli Baked in Foil

Instructions

. Place the salmon fillet on a sheet of aluminum foil and season it.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and place a few lemon slices on top.

. Fold the foil to make a packet.

. Cut the broccoli into florets and place them in a baking dish.

. Add olive oil, minced garlic, and season the broccoli. Mix well.

. Make room for the foil packet and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F).

. Flip the broccoli halfway through cooking.
