Leek, Bacon, and Curry Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • 2.   Make the shortcrust pastry by adding the flour, olive oil, and water, then refrigerate it
  • 3.   Wash and slice the leeks
  • 4.   In a frying pan, fry the bacon and set it aside
  • 5.   Add a little water to the frying pan and add the sliced leeks. Cook for 10 minutes
  • 6.   Meanwhile, roll out the pastry and place it in a tart pan. Prick it with a fork
  • 7.   In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the cream, curry, bacon, and leeks, and mix well.
  • 8.   Pour the mixture into the tart pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • 9.   Serve with a tomato/mozzarella salad.
