Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 °
  • 2.   Make the shortcrust pastry by adding the flour, olive oil and water then put it in the fridge
  • 3.   Wash and cut the leeks into strips
  • 4.   In a sauté pan, brown the bacon then set aside
  • 5.   Put a little water in the sauté pan and add the leek slices. Cook for 10 minutes
  • 6.   Meanwhile, roll out the dough and place it in a pie pan. Prick it with a fork
  • 7.   In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the cream, the curry, the bacon then the leeks and mix well.
  • 8.   Pour the preparation into the mold then put in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • 9.   Serve with a tomato / mozzarella salad
