Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the onion.
  • 2.   Pour it into a microwave-safe dish or a bowl with the butter, cover or wrap with plastic wrap, and cook for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 750 watts in the microwave.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, cut the sausages into quarters.
  • 4.   Put them in the dish or bowl with the tomato sauce and cream.
  • 5.   Mix everything well and cook again for 4 minutes.

  • Ideal with pasta.
