GRILLED LAMB CHOPS

Instructions

  • 1.   To make parsley butter: finely chop a bunch of parsley and mix it with softened butter (at room temperature), 250g for one bunch.
  • 2.   Preheat the broiler in the oven.
  • 3.   Lightly brush the lamb chops with a little oil.
  • 4.   Place them on the broiler pan in the oven and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, with the oven door open depending on the thickness of the chops.
  • 5.   Before serving, season with salt and pepper. Place a small knob of parsley butter on each chop.

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 30 g of parsley butter
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
