Zucchini Gratin with Tartare®

A delicious zucchini gratin!

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the zucchini into rounds, sauté them with a little olive oil for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  • 2.   Add the minced onion and sweat for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Divide the mixture into 4 individual casseroles, with thyme and pine nuts.
  • 4.   Heat the Tartare® with milk over low heat, pour over the casseroles and bake for 8 minutes at 210°C (Th.7).

Ingredients for servings

  • 3 milk
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 onion
  • 40 g of pine nut
  • 600 g of zucchini
  • 2 olive oil
  • 150 g of tartare
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
