Hawaiian Pizza

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Pour the flour into a bowl. Add the yeast, a pinch of salt, and a glass of warm water. Work the dough and form a ball. Let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Rinse and drain the pineapple. Cut the tomatoes, onion, and surimi into slices. Dice the bell peppers.
  • 2.   2. After the dough has rested for 1 hour, work it again and roll it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the tomato puree on top and evenly distribute the remaining ingredients. Lightly salt and generously pepper. Bake for 35 minutes. Serve hot or warm.

Ingredients for servings

  • 240 g of whole wheat flour
  • 10 g of baking powder
  • 4 slice of Canned ananas in syrup (drained weight)
  • 200 g of tomato
  • 140 g of surimi
  • 160 g of peeled shrimp
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 cup of tomato puree
