LEMON AND AVOCADO WHEAT SALAD

Instructions

  • 1.   In a salad bowl, mix the zucchini into small pieces, the wheat, and three glasses of water (30 cl).
  • 2.   Cover with plastic wrap and cook for 10 minutes at 850 watts in the microwave.
  • 3.   Remove the excess water and let it cool.
  • 4.   Add the sliced radishes, diced avocados, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy.

  • 2 glass of pre-cooked wheat
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 20 radishes
