Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Place them with the pieces of hake fillets in a bowl with three glasses of water (30 cl) and cook for 15 minutes at 850 watts in the microwave. Remove the excess water and let it cool.
  • 2.   Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, chopped tarragon, and yogurt.
  • 3.   Season with salt and pepper, mix, and enjoy.
