Avocado Toast (with optional toppings)

Instructions

  • 1.   Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and mash it with a fork along with the lemon juice.
    If desired, dice the tomato (remove seeds or not) and add it to the mashed avocado.
  • 2.   Add spices (cumin, chili, guacamole seasoning... according to your taste), salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil.
    Mix well.
  • 3.   Toast your bread and spread the guacamole on top.
  • 4.   Top with optional garnishes such as olive slices or a slice of smoked salmon...!
