Instructions
1. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and mash it with a fork along with the lemon juice.
If desired, dice the tomato (remove seeds or not) and add it to the mashed avocado.
2. Add spices (cumin, chili, guacamole seasoning... according to your taste), salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil.
Mix well.
3. Toast your bread and spread the guacamole on top.
4. Top with optional garnishes such as olive slices or a slice of smoked salmon...!
