Tomato and sardine open-faced sandwiches

Instructions

. Drain the sardines, open them in half and remove the central bone.

. Wash the tomatoes and slice them thinly.
3
. Toast the slices in a toaster or in the oven. Spread mustard on them. Arrange tomato slices, sprouts, and sardines on top.
4
. Enjoy immediately.
