Goat cheese bacon sun-dried tomato cake

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, baking powder, and Greek yogurt.
  • 2.   Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and add them to the batter along with the bacon lardons. Cut the goat cheese log into slices.
  • 3.   Pour half of the batter into a loaf pan, then add a few slices of goat cheese. Repeat the process, finishing with goat cheese slices on top.
  • 4.   Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

  • 200 g of bacon strips
  • 1 goat cheese log
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 dried tomatoes
  • 1 bag of baking powder
