Instructions
1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into large pieces and cook them for 20 to 30 minutes in boiling salted water or in a pressure cooker for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a frying pan, brown the ground meat for 2 or 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
2. In a small saucepan, pour the milk, Roquefort cheese, and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg.
Heat until boiling while crushing the Roquefort cheese.
3. Drain the potatoes and mash them with a fork in a bowl.
Pour the Roquefort sauce over them and mix.
4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Butter the bottom of a gratin dish. Alternate layers of mashed potatoes with layers of meat.
Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 375°F (190°C).
