Carrots and broccoli with bacon and Montbéliard sausages

Instructions

  • 1.   If you have chosen the "fresh vegetables" option, wash, peel, and slice the carrots and separate the broccoli florets.
    In the Cookéo pot (or in a pot), add 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the bacon, vegetables, a little salt (not too much because of the bacon), pepper, and sugar for 5 minutes in "browning" mode.
  • 2.   Pour 1 glass of water on top.
    Cover. Cook in "pressure" mode for 15 minutes (30 minutes in a regular pot).
    Meanwhile, cook the sausages in simmering water as indicated on the packaging.
  • 3.   Afterward, slice the sausages and add them to the vegetables. Pour 20cl of heavy cream. Mix well and switch to "browning" mode until it starts boiling again.
    It is possible to melt some pieces of raclette or tartiflette cheese on top of the preparation.
    Serve hot.

Notes & Suggestions

  • It is also possible to use the same proportion of frozen vegetable mix.
