Ham, Vegetable, and Fusilli Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the fusilli according to the instructions on the package.
    Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem, and dice the flesh.
    Trim the celery stalk, rinse it, and also dice it. Peel and chop the onion.
    Sort and wash the mushrooms, then slice them. Cut the ham into cubes.
  • 2.   Mix all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped herbs.
    Pour the mixture into a greased gratin dish.
  • 3.   Grate the Comté cheese and mix it with the cream, then spread it over the mixture.
    Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°C (170°C for convection).

  • 1 onion
  • 100 g of button mushroom
  • 100 g of white ham
  • 4 tablespoon of fine herbs
  • 150 g of sour cream
  • 30 g of Comté cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
