Green Bean and Mushroom Sauté

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the green beans, trim the ends, and cook them for 15 minutes in boiling salted water.
  • 2.   Peel and chop the onion. Cut the smoked bacon into strips.
    Sauté the onion and smoked bacon in hot butter.
    Clean the oyster mushrooms, wash them, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the mixture. Let simmer briefly.
  • 3.   Drain the green beans. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem, dice the flesh, and add it to the previous mixture.
    Cover and cook for 5 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.
