Leeks and Crab Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely slice the leeks and place them in a bowl. Add soy sauce and lemon juice.

    Mix regularly and let marinate during the preparation time.
  • 2.   Mix the mayonnaise and crab. Add a little lemon juice.
  • 3.   Crush the cashews into medium/large pieces.
  • 4.   For assembly, use a cookie cutter and layer in the following order:
    - Leeks
    - Cover with cashews
    - Crab mayonnaise

    The proportion is approximately 3/1/2 (leeks/cashews/crab).
  • 5.   Chill for 15-20 minutes, remove the cookie cutter before serving.

Notes & Suggestions

  • It's better with homemade mayonnaise!

  • 300 g of crab meat
  • 15 g of cashew nut
  • 2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • salt (according to taste)
