Instructions
1. Wash, lemon, and cut the octopus into pieces.
2. Place the pieces in a saucepan with 1 glass of water.
3. Cook for 45 minutes and drain at the end of cooking.
4. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and cut the tomato into quarters.
5. In a sauté pan, heat a drizzle of oil. Sweat the onion and garlic. Add the pieces of octopus, then the juice of half a lemon.
6. Continue with the tomatoes, ginger, and curry. Add the coconut milk. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
7. Adjust the seasoning. Sprinkle with parsley or cilantro at the end of cooking.
8. Serve with basmati rice, for example, and a wedge of lime.
