SAVORY GALETTE

Instructions

  • 1.   Pepper Cream:
    - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) on the broil setting.
    - Cook the peppers on each side in the oven for about 25 minutes until the skin blackens.
    - Place the peppers in a plastic bag for 5 minutes. Remove the skin and seeds.
    - Blend the peppers with fresh goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • 2.   Reheat the galettes in a crepe pan or large skillet with a little butter.
  • 3.   Fill the galette with the pepper cream, arugula, and prosciutto.

  • 2 crepes
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 100 g of fresh goat cheese
  • 1 cup of dried tomato
  • 40 g of lamb's lettuce
  • 4 slice of cured ham
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
