Ana's Potato Gratin

1- Peel the potatoes and slice them. 2- Cover with milk, garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. 3- Cook and let drain. 4- In a gratin dish, layer the potatoes, thick cream, butter, and Strasbourg sausages. 5- Add Gruyère cheese. 6- Bake at 180°C until golden brown.
