Shrimp Stir-Fry

1- Sauté the shrimp and set aside 2- Crumble the omelette 3- Sauté the brède leaves (the leaves later) 4- Cook the noodles with a tablespoon of oil 5- Once cooked, rinse in cold water using a strainer 6- Crush garlic and ginger and sauté in a little oil 7- Mix the ingredients with the noodles over low heat and serve hot
