Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the onion, cut it in half, and put it in the bowl.
    Peel the carrots, cut them into thirds, and put them in the bowl.
    Close and blend for 6 seconds, speed 5.
    Scrape the sides, add the oil, close, and cook for 5 minutes, 100°C, speed 1.
    Meanwhile, sauté the bacon in a pan and set it aside.
    When the Thermomix beeps, open it, add the split peas, bouillon cube, bacon, and water.
    Close and cook for 30 minutes, 100°C, speed 1. Once cooked, put the cap on (do not hold it) and blend for 1 minute, speed 6.
