Italian Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Melt onions in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cut the chicken breast into strips and sauté.
  • 2.   Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Rinse them under cold water and drain.
  • 3.   Let the pasta and chicken rest for 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Wash the tomatoes and spinach or arugula. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  • 5.   Mix the pasta with the chicken, tomatoes, spinach or arugula, pine nuts, and Parmesan shavings.
  • 6.   Dressing: Mix olive oil, mustard, and chopped basil. Distribute it over the pasta salad.

  • 200 g of bow tie pasta
  • 130 g of cherry tomato
  • 40 g of young shoot
  • 20 g of pine nut
  • 20 g of parmesan shavings
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 10 leaf of fresh basil
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
