Mushroom Sirloin Steak

Instructions

  • 1.   Sear the sirloin steaks in very hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Remove them from the pan and wrap them in aluminum foil.
  • 2.   Wash and dry the mushrooms, slice them and sauté them for 4 minutes in the meat juices.
  • 3.   Peel and chop the onions.
    Add them to the mushrooms 2 minutes after the start of cooking.
    Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the previous preparation.
    Simmer briefly.
  • 5.   Pour the meat juices over the vegetables.
    Serve the sliced or whole meat and the vegetables on plates.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
