Tuna/Vegetable Fritters

Instructions

. Blend shallots / garlic / tuna

. Grate carrots. Slice chives / shallots / garlic.

. Beat eggs and mix with flour + baking powder. Gradually add milk, the batter should be sticky. Add grated carrot / peas / chives / shallots / garlic / salt / pepper.

. Let it rest for 1 hour.

. Make balls (using a tablespoon). Fry in oil. Place fritters on absorbent paper.

. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
