5 | Royal Pizza

A royal pizza is a dream within reach, as all you need to do is prepare the dough, prepare a tasty topping, and let the oven do its magic. Of course, it's better with an Italian accent and sunny weather, but otherwise, it works just fine. So, when are you making your homemade pizza?

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
  • 2.   Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 3.   Prepare the tomato sauce by peeling the onion and slicing it. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a hot pan. Then add the onion and let it brown.
    Next, add the tomato puree, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then arrange the diced ham, mushrooms, and sliced mozzarella on top.
  • 5.   Bake for 20 minutes.

  • 125 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 baking powder
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • 250 g of tomato coulis
  • 1 onion
  • 150 g of cooked ham
  • 150 g of button mushroom
  • 100 g of mozzarella
  • 1 pinch of dried oregano
  • 1 pinch of pepper
