Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the dough and let stand for 2 hours.
  • 2.   Spread the dough on a floured work surface and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 3.   Prepare the tomato sauce by peeling the onion and cut into slices. Put in a hot pan 1 tablespoon olive oil. Then put the onion and leave to brown. Then add the tomato puree, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then arrange the diced ham, mushrooms and sliced ​​mozzarella.
