Beef Alouettes

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Cut cubes from the bacon.
    Mix the garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and bacon cubes by hand.
  • 2.   Make the alouettes by placing a slice of beef shoulder on a work surface and placing a small mound of bacon mixture on top.
  • 3.   Close the beef shoulder with string or a toothpick.
  • 4.   Place the alouettes in the Cookeo pot and add the wine, veal stock, and tomato paste.
  • 5.   Cook in "beef bourguignon" mode on the Cookeo.

Ingredients for servings

  • 12 slice of beef chuck
  • 4 slice of bacon
  • 1 bunch of bouquet garni
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 g of tomato paste
  • 250 ml of red wine
  • 50 ml of veal stock
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
