Honey Glazed Duck Breast with Carrots

Instructions

. Preheat the Cookéo in "Browning" mode.
Slice the carrots into rounds.

. In "Browning" mode, add the butter and brown the duck breasts.

. Once they are nicely browned, add the 2 tablespoons of honey.
Season with salt and pepper and stir well.

. Add the sliced carrots and pour in a glass of water.
Switch to pressure cooking mode for 10 minutes.
