Honey Glazed Duck Breast with Carrots

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the Cookéo in "Browning" mode.
    Slice the carrots into rounds.
  • 2.   In "Browning" mode, add the butter and brown the duck breasts.
  • 3.   Once they are nicely browned, add the 2 tablespoons of honey.
    Season with salt and pepper and stir well.
  • 4.   Add the sliced carrots and pour in a glass of water.
    Switch to pressure cooking mode for 10 minutes.

  • 2 bag of duck fillet (optional)
  • 500 g of duck fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • 10 carrots
  • 5 g of butter
  • 1 glass of water
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
