Grilled Lamb Chops with Herb Butter

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to the broil setting.
  • 2.   Brush the meat with olive oil on each side, then sprinkle it with rosemary, savory, and thyme to add flavor.
  • 3.   Place the chops on the rack of your oven, making sure to place a drip pan underneath to catch the oil and cooking juices.
  • 4.   Cook them for about 3 minutes on each side, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5.   Remove them from the oven as soon as they are cooked, then keep them warm.
  • 6.   Next, prepare the herb butter:
  • 7.   Peel and chop the garlic, parsley, and basil.
  • 8.   Soften the butter, then mix it with the herbs and chopped garlic until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • 9.   Shape it into a ball, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • 10.   Serve and enjoy the hot lamb chops with a dollop of herb butter.
