1. Wash the peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips.
2. Slice the onion and cut the chicken fillets into pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix Amora mayonnaise with the pepper strips, onion slices, spices, honey, and chopped coriander. Drizzle with lemon juice.
4. Add the chicken pieces and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
6. After 30 minutes, transfer the chicken and marinade to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
