Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips.
  • 2.   Slice the onion and cut the chicken fillets into pieces.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix Amora mayonnaise with the pepper strips, onion slices, spices, honey, and chopped coriander. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  • 4.   Add the chicken pieces and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
  • 5.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • 6.   After 30 minutes, transfer the chicken and marinade to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.

  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
