Caesar Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the dressing by squeezing the lemon, adding salt, and whisking while adding olive oil.
  • 2.   In a shallow plate, add the lettuce leaves, parmesan shavings, croutons, and wasabi peas.
  • 3.   Cut the cooked and cooled chicken breast into thin slices and add them to the salad.
  • 4.   Add the halved cherry tomatoes, the dressing, and mix.
  • 5.   Add the halved hard-boiled eggs and serve!

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 300 g of cherry tomato
  • 1 green salad
  • 40 g of crouton
  • 2 tablespoon of parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon of wasabi grain (optional)
  • 1 lime
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
