Ham and Vegetable Pasta Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water for the time indicated on the package. Drain the pasta at the end of cooking and let it cool.
  • 2.   Peel and chop the onion.
  • 3.   Peel and cut the carrots into small sticks.
  • 4.   Clean and cut the zucchini into pieces.
  • 5.   Melt the butter in a pan.
  • 6.   Sauté the onion until translucent.
  • 7.   Add the carrots and zucchini and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring well.
  • 8.   Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • 9.   Clean and cut the tomato into pieces.
  • 10.   Mix the cooled pasta with the cooled sautéed vegetables and the diced tomato.
  • 11.   Season with salt and pepper, add the diced ham and mix well.
