Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken and bell pepper into strips and sauté in a pan with the onion.
  • 2.   Make the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, paprika, mustard, and lemon juice.
  • 3.   Fill the tacos with salad sprouts, the chicken, bell pepper, and onion mixture, and add the tomatoes cut into small pieces.
  • 4.   Add the sauce and cilantro.

  • 1 onion
  • 2 handful of young salad sprout
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • ½ lemons
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander
  • salt (according to taste)
