1. Preheat the oven to 240°C (464°F). Place a baking sheet in the oven (it should be hot to receive the pizza).
2. Sprinkle a sheet of parchment paper on the work surface. Place the pizza dough on it.
3. Spread the tomato sauce over the entire surface of the dough, leaving a 2 cm (0.8 inch) border. Sprinkle with fresh oregano, torn white ham, sliced mushrooms, and torn mozzarella.
4. Slide the pizza onto the hot baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with artichokes and olive oil. Enjoy.
