Pasta with smoked salmon and leek-carrot fondue

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the shallot, leeks, and carrots cut into thin slices in olive oil. Let simmer for about 45 minutes.
  • 2.   Add honey, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • 3.   Cook the pasta in boiling water.
  • 4.   Mix the pasta with the leek-carrot fondue, and add the cream.
  • 5.   Remove from heat, add the salmon cut into small pieces, and serve.

  • 600 g of bow tie pasta
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 20 cl of thick sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • pepper (according to taste)
