White sausage blanquette

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the two onions and brown them in the 2 tablespoons of olive oil, in a sauté pan.
  • 2.   Add the wild mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, remove the skin from the white sausages and cut them into slices.
  • 4.   Add them to the onion/mushroom mixture and simmer for a few minutes.
  • 5.   Pour in the white wine, cream, and bouillon cube.
  • 6.   Simmer over very low heat until the sauce becomes creamy to your liking.

  • 5 white puddings
  • 500 g of button mushroom
  • 2 onions
  • 10 cl of white wine
  • 20 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
