White sausage blanquette

Instructions

. Peel and slice the two onions and brown them in the 2 tablespoons of olive oil, in a sauté pan.

. Add the wild mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes.

. Meanwhile, remove the skin from the white sausages and cut them into slices.

. Add them to the onion/mushroom mixture and simmer for a few minutes.

. Pour in the white wine, cream, and bouillon cube.
6
. Simmer over very low heat until the sauce becomes creamy to your liking.
