Instructions
1. Prepare the nuggets by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Dip your poultry pieces first in flour, then in beaten egg (1/2 whole egg), and finally in a mixture of breadcrumbs and oat flakes.
3. Place your pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes, remembering to flip the nuggets occasionally for even browning.
4. Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt and lemon juice, seasoning it, and adding chopped parsley and chives.
5. Serve the nuggets on a green salad with the yogurt sauce.
