Chicken Nuggets (3)

Chicken nuggets are loved by both kids and adults! So here's an easy recipe to make them.

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the nuggets by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Dip your poultry pieces first in flour, then in beaten egg (1/2 whole egg), and finally in a mixture of breadcrumbs and oat flakes.
  • 3.   Place your pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    Bake for 15 minutes, remembering to flip the nuggets occasionally for even browning.
  • 4.   Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt and lemon juice, seasoning it, and adding chopped parsley and chives.
  • 5.   Serve the nuggets on a green salad with the yogurt sauce.
