Chicken and Rice Broth

When winter is harsh or when you're about to get sick, this recipe is incredible! A delicious, hearty, and invigorating chicken and rice broth!

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the oil and sauté:
    - chopped onion
    - sliced carrots
    - chopped celery
  • 2.   Once the onions are golden, add:
    - minced garlic
    - cloves
    - coriander
    - thyme
    - sliced green onions
    - chicken
    Cook for one minute
  • 3.   Add the rest:
    - water
    - rice
    - apple cider vinegar
    - milk

    Season with salt and pepper
  • 4.   Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 30 minutes

Notes & Suggestions

  • All the broth ingredients can be replaced with a chicken broth cube.

Ingredients for servings

  • 300 g of chicken tender
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stalk of celery stalk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Bouillon :
  • 4 cloves
  • ½ bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
