Spinach and Brousse Cheese Tart

Here is an easy and quick vegetable tart. Made with a shortcrust pastry, spinach, eggs, light cream, and brousse cheese, this spinach and brousse cheese tart is perfect for a family or friends meal. It's ideal for busy weeknights when you don't have much time.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 425°F (210°C).
  • 2.   Thaw the spinach and drain well. Mix the eggs with the light cream and add the brousse cheese. Mash the brousse cheese with a fork and add the spinach, season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the pastry and bake for 45 minutes.
  • 3.   Once your spinach tart is cooked, serve it immediately with a salad and enjoy.
