Smoked trout roulade with salmon eggs

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, gently mix together the cottage cheese, salmon eggs, chopped dill, salt, and pepper using a fork.
  • 2.   Divide each slice of trout in half lengthwise. Stuff each slice with a little bit of the salmon egg mixture and roll it up.
  • 3.   Arrange the roulades side by side on a plate. Garnish with dill and serve chilled with lemon and toast.
